I bought 3 sets at the bazaar, I had them in the knowledge of my ancestors. But now they are not there, and at the bazaar they offer me to buy them again. Is this some kind of joke? I can’t upload a screenshot because I’m a new user.
If you are saying that you bought something and no longer have access to it on the same account that it was purchased, then you should file a report at the Zendesk and select the option for “In-game purchase.”
