Official server #3600 is a very popular server, often having a que. The PING on the server fluctuates wildly throughout the evening often peaking in the high hundreds. Four hundred PING is simply too darn high for a game of this nature (often hitting 700 to 900 ping as well).

Log into this server during raid time for a few hours, do this five nights in a row and you will get to experience this first hand.
