I am playing on PC on a private server, no mods, on Siptah. I only have 4 achievements left to obtain (2 are Exile Lands only), and the 2 left for Siptah didn’t unlock when I completed them. First was “The Hour of the Dragon,” I spawned him in and killed him, but didn’t get the achievement. The second was “The Gem in the Tower,” and once I got the last location, I got the Journey steps for finding all of the locations, but the achievement didn’t unlock. This includes the Cracked Vault.
