All purchased or rewarded emotes in Battle Pass or the Bazaar Market since Age of War update are missing in the emote menu

Since this is an issue with inventory and items, my colleagues over at the HelpCentre would be best suited to help you fix this.

You can make a report and choose the “In-game Purchase” option from the dropdown menu.
