God protection dissapeared 10 hours after summoning the protection on a server crash

Game mode: Online official Type of issue: Crash Server type: PvP Region: Europe Today when we started to play we saw that every bubble the server had was gone, we though the infinite bubble was fixed and we proceeded to renew ours, at 17:43:42 and 17:44:00 we summoned our set and yog god protection bubbles. 1 hour ago when the server crashed and we lost both bubbles, not even 10 hours passed since we summoned them. this is the latest we have on the issue i.e it is being investigated but additional details, if any, could probably help identifying the problem quicker. i guess funcom will ask for more details if they can’t reproduce it anyway.
