Ballista Inventory is either lootable or it despawns

Bug Description:

I fill my ballista with star metal, craft the ammo. Come back awhile later and it’s gone. Nothing in log about being looted or decay, but it’s definitely gone for no good reason.

We’re seeing this same issue.

Mix of Steam and PC Game Pass players on a Steam version dedicated server. No mods. No clan v clan, so it’s definitely not anyone taking the ammo (there are only three of us left this week after some uhh, post-update rage quit incidents, and it wasn’t any of us removing stuff)
