Battle Pass Epic Arcane Staff has inconsistent stats

Bug Description:

The epic variant of the Battle Pass Arcane Staff has worse stats than its standard version, despite being far more expensive to craft.

The Bazaar epic variant has higher damage and durability than the standard Bazaar variant, but slightly lower armor penetration.

The Battle Pass epic variant has that same lowered armor penetration, but the exact same damage and durability as its standard. See chart:

I’ll be the first to acknowledge that the Arcane Staff is a terrible melee weapon, and the durability loss from casting spells is incredibly slow. However, that doesn’t change the fact that the “epic” variant, which costs significantly more, shouldn’t be worse than its standard counterpart.

I don’t know how the epic version is superior to normal one in anyway, either.
I crafted one and left it alone as a waste of material waiting to be dismantled some day.
