Battle pass progression unlock to level 11 but got reset back to level 1

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Battle Pass
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: WarBG
Mods: None

Bug Description:

unlocked the battlepass up to level 11 and then the battlepass reset back to level 1 even tho it shows that i have unlocked up to level 11, ive just unlocked level 9 again. If required i will see it iresets again to level 11 once i get back up there.
