An attack on sight order has been issued for bearers found in the lands controlled by the Nords, The bearers in Meadow Watch and Desert watch are attacked by their fellow NPC’s.

Edit: They are actually attacking each other at the Black Galleon, Voyagers Vigil, Scavengers Berth and The Crevice in the Jungle as well.
