Breathing doesn't stop after sprinting

Randomly after sprinting my character will still be breathing super heavily as if she is still running. Whether I’m walking or standing still this loud rapid breathing continues until I either die by whatever means. There is no pattern to this bug

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.run
2.stand
3.breathe in everyone’s ear endlessly
4.die
5. Breathing stops

Not a real fix, but sometimes if you briefly climb something the breathing will go back to normal.

Try going underwater, it works for me.
