Bug, low-prio | Arena Walls have no dismantle sound or ani with one awesome exception

Act out your best, and fruit-punchiest Kool-Aid Man fantasies when you dismantle an Arena DLC Wall with no sound or breakage until you hit it. Ohh yeah!

To repro:

  1. Build Arena DLC wall
  2. Dismantle said wall
  3. Wait until it despawns with no sound or ani
  4. Build another Arena Wall
  5. Dismantle it
  6. Punch the F out of it, to terribly satisfying satisfaction.
