Bug Description:

Multiple sections in character creation screen jitter or prevent scrolling temporarily

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Choose Race then Religion, these seem to be fine
  2. Scroll with mouse button or use scroll bar and open accordion section for Voice, Face Details and Body Features
  3. Voice, Face Details and Body Features sections bounce up and down in quick succession and then settles but prevents scrolling
  4. Depending on the section, it may happen at different times, it may not be on the first action of opening the accordion but will happen at least once interacting with these sections

Note, if opening up the accordion without scrolling it does not occur.
This issue is pre-existing.
