Bug with game content updating

Theres a bug where the game isnt receiving updates. The last update was about a year ago on console. There seems to be an issue with the updates PC is getting not making it to console. Anyone know a fix?

There hasnt been updates for consoles yet, its been said coming this month, so nothing can be done but wait.
