Building sets or add on’s

I have noticed the past couple of days in the bazaar that they are dropping arcane items, I’m hoping that they will drop the arcane add on’s to the buildings, has anyone purchased them from the bazaar or was this only a battle pass item. Thanks for answering :blush:
