Bug Description:
Cannot complete Journey steps. The living settlements function is interfering with the Master Chef and Thrall Taker Journey Steps. Specifically, you can’t place a worker into a workstation slot. We have tried turning off LS and using freshly broken workers, purchased workers from bars, and spawned workers. I did this in both Admin and non-admin modes, on official, private and single player.
