Can't earn some of emotes

Bug Description:

Hello. I was reading journals that have to add Emote to my emote wheel and this not happens even UI says that I earned for example “Spit” emote, my emote wheel don’t show it, same for most of them. Im playing on dedicated server without mods only vanilla

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 Read Emote journal
  2. Step 2 UI says Im earned it
  3. Step 3 No just earned emote in emote selector
  4. Etc. Server restar or game restart won’t help

Just wanted to say that apparently I can’t learn it - and “Score” - as well. Having spoken with people on our server it seems the emote has disappeared as well, despite them having it learned.

Is it possible that there was some “limit”, to the actions put into the radial menu and that adding the new ones has simply “overridden” some of those…?
