This is very concerning that a company with a large fan base does not care better for it’s paying customers. It’s very obvious that not a single developer or tester even tried to play siptah on a home machine.
You have to understand the anger xbox users must feel with how you are respecting them. Last year you scuttled it in your patch. I never understood why you didn’t revert back.
Now once again we are faced with an aspect of the game that is completely not playable. Fortunately Exiles works. But what about all the time and effort fans have paid you people for and all the time they have invested into their virtual worlds to have it completely shut down.
Additionally, you do realize the fear us xbox users have now with regards to a patch. After last year, are we going to wait for 6 months or longer for this to be fixed? Great game but horrible patch.
Again, as CEO, I would be asking my team why did not a single person try and play this on their console?
This is embarrassing frankly and extremely frustrating.
If you are unable to address this with a patch in the next day or two I would recommend doing a roll back. This is unacceptable.
Do you really think they’re going to be able to give you an ETA🤣 I have to say the last two updates went really well. With that being said those are the only two updates that have gone very well since this game has been out. I’m not going to bash the DEV to hard but come on guys this is what you do for a living how do you screw up every update I can understand small bugs that need to be fixed but completely ruining a game for someone just blows my mind are you guys smoking too much weed lmao
We are still working on the crash that occurs when trying to play on the Isle of Siptah.
We understand this is not the experience you expected after the recent update and we apologize for that.
Hope to have this resolved as soon as possible so please keep an eye out for future updates on this situation.

Is it going to take two to four weeks like it does with every time you guys do an update and have to fix something because obviously you don’t double check everything before releasing it?
That’s the concern for everyone on our discord. Funcom has a horrible history of patches for xbox. As soon as possible can mean 6 months.
As a CEO I would be telling my people “find the issue and patch in the next day. If you can find the issue but need another day. Ok. If you can’t do both then roll back … you got two days tops. We are not going to allow our users to suffer another 6 months like we did last year”
Because everybody knows it’s not going to be today tomorrow or next week or the week after that it’s going to take you guys at least a month to figure it out and we ALL KNOW it’s not going to be done anytime soon because this always happens and you guys never fix it in a timely manner
I have hope they will fix this today or worst case tomorrow. I agree, it shouldnt take longer than that and if they see it will just roll it back and hire a QA team that will test it properly before they push it back out.
