Cant mine rocks, metal or stone after server update today

Cannot mine rocks, trees or much of anything using the appropriate tools as before. You can walk thru rocks and swing thru them with a pickaxe. Nothing is collected and the resource doesnt take damage. No collision detection appears to be functional on resources.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Swing pickaxe on a mineable rock
  2. Observe no damage taken and nothing collected.

Expected:
Stone is gathered with each swing and rock takes damage.

Actual:
Nothing collected and rock takes no damage.

Me and my friend got on today and we are missing 1 out of 2 wheel of pain, a lesser wheel of pain, tier 1 planter, 2 greater wolves, and 5 to 7 hyenas. The server is Official server #2502 PvE.
