LOL love the new bug report system.
This is a known issue, the cause is the game verifying you have it unlocked, but it’s unlocked by the blacksmith.
None of the blacksmith dependent items can be repaired with out using a kit. That is any armor, costumes, and other items unlocked by T4 artisans.
They introduced the template almost 2 years ago now.
I’m not sure exactly when the template broke or that it ever truly worked properly; it’s been about a year of blank posts like this I believe.
So depending on the moderator they comment asking for the template to be used and close the post…
I dunno man, you’d think they would have fixed it a long time ago? But it’s kinda like the bugs themselves…
