Hello, I need help with the items in the new DLC. I made a purchase, but I can’t use items from DLC because I get a message that I didn’t buy. Although on Steam I have DLC in my library and I have proof of purchase. Someone can explain this? Because support steam is helpless.
Have you tried restarting steam and checking if the DLC is properly installed and active?
yes i did. Now is okey. This problem is solved but I struggled with this problem for days
