Bug Description:

On the Exiles Map, after playing and creating my character, the game has erased everything… my character, all the building I have done, and starts me over to the beginning of the game. This has happened twice in a two week period.

Bug Reproduction:

Logging into game on Xbox one x under my profile RaptorQueen1064

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you share with us if the last time you played it you exited the game through the proper menus? Did you ensure your saved file was stored on the cloud?

Can you try to restore it by using the cloud options?
