Character transfer not working

Bug Description:

After successfully uploading my Character from an official PVE-server, I can’t import her on any server whatsoever (PvE, PvP-C or PvP, official, private, …). I get one of the two error-messages:

  • incompatible PvP-settings on original server
    or
  • character transfer not allowed on this server

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. I uploaded the character succesfully (original server: official pve-server)
  2. I went to the Server-selection screen for PvE
  3. I joined an official PvE-Server
  4. On the character-creation screen for male/female I have the button “Cannot import character” and when i click on it, it says
    “The character cannot be imported into this server due to incompatible PVP settings on the server of origin”

First report from EGS I have seen. It might be something to do with the platform. Thanks for making use of the report template, you might want to submit a ticket to ZenDesk in addition to your report here for them to check your account.
