Now they started a Fatality Screenshot Contest for this very reason and I can’t even chop off limbs in the game because the damn Fatalities are broken!

i wish you guys spend time dealing with Conan exiles issues instead…
This is precisely what ran through my own mind upon reading the announcement. We cannot even decapitate or dismember enemies at this time due to the Fatalities being bugged. Therefore the highest spectacle we can capture is the blood spray. We could have snapped some cool moments if the fatalities were working as intended, but they are not.

Hey, IK was a great game, IK+ was even better. As far as fighting games go, it’s still one of my all-time favorites. No fancy bells and whistles, no unfair or unbalanced matchups - it was just player skill that decided who won.
For a more Conan-y experience, Barbarian - the Ultimate Warrior by Palace Software was very similar, but with swords. (And Maria Whittaker in very small bikini on the cover, which was a definite selling point at the time, even though the in-game character resembled a lego brick more than a Page 3 model.)
