Can you reset server 2811 please? I’m have a connection problem, and from my research on your forums the only way to fix it is for you to reset the server. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Please refrain from opening multiple posts, it delays our efforts in monitoring the forums and gathering data.
Server 2811 has been recently restarted as part of the daily automated process, should you still have any issues with this specific server please let us know if it also occurs with other servers, and if possible share your country and ISP with us so that we can relay it to our team and see if there is any outage at the moment.
Hey Hugo, sorry about the multiple posts. I’m a little frustrated.
Tried servers 2811 (which I play on) and server 2810 and they both send me to main screen with “Pending Connection Failure”. I tried a private server and NA official server 2504 and both of those worked.
My ISP is Shaw and I’m in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hope this helps.

My clan mate, who lives close to me doesn’t have this issue.
Oh, and the ping for servers 2810, 2811, 2726, 2727, 2728, 2729, 2730, are 9999 with 0 players playing. Other servers appear to be working fine.
No problems for me on that server. Id try a router reboot or change the ip and such. There is a question of lag on 2811 but only when 5 or more are on for me.
