Coup de Grace no longer works after 2023/10/05 hotfix

Bug Description:

After the 10/5 hotfix, Coup de Grace no longer works. It only stuns but no longer kills enemies at T3 and below.

It works before the 10/5 hotfix, but it no longer works after the 10/5 hotfix.
