Crafting any Arrows Fatally Crashes the Game

Anytime i try to craft any type of arrow, my game crashes

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Open a crafting station, such as an altar to Ymir
  2. Click on Ice Shard Arrows
  3. Game fatally crashes with an Error Message
