Crafting Devolved Insignia seems missing?

In feats, it says “Crafted at Artisan’s Worktable”, but I have checked and it isn’t there. I added an Admin spawned T4 carp to the bench and still not there.

Interesting. I tried in my single player and it works fine. Just not my dedicated server. I have all the insignia feats and none show up in the artisan table.
