I forgot: The no build zone around Mek Kamoses is back to what it was before the October patch. You can build again on the plateau around the stairs, the camp and the transport stone to Kuraks Dungeon. The no build zone around the camp south of the spire where you can learn Cimmerian dance is a bit (not much) larger since the current patch though.
