I just tested it on my private server (no mods) - and nothing. No death. I could run through and back over and over, with no deaths. The server was just updated. It’s a PvE server. Let me test on Server 1117 again…

The issue is confirmed on server 1111 as well. Several bodies there already when I arrived.
