Elixir of Freedom reduces stamina

I took an Elixir of Freedom. My stamina increased from 202 to 222 then within a few seconds dropped to 193. My character is still showing a Buff / Effect of +20 stamina on the UI and the stats page, but the stamina is still at 193, which is 9 less than before taking the potion.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
