Hi there, I’ve noticed a bug during character creation. The Eyeshadow slider doesn’t work, it stays the same no matter what.
I removed all mods just in case. I uninstalled the game, deleted all files then made a clean installation. But still can’t alter the eyeshadow.
I’d like to show pictures but I’m not allowed because I’m new to the forums I guess.
If you interact more you’ll eventually be able to post pictures, simply do a few likes, comment elsewhere, etc.,…
I’m really not sure how this is happening to people though, you’re not the first person to report it and some of those never use mods.
I’m in the character creation screen now and I can change the design and color:
I’m throwing it out there because I have no idea, I wonder if it might be a graphics card issue?
It’s not really a graphics card issue.
We use to disable it by moving the slider all the way to the left.
That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
The only thing I can do now is pick a shade that pretty much matches my chosen skin tone while using the slider to keep the design of it minimal.
It’s not disruptive or game breaking. It’s just a minor inconvenience.
That is super weird, there has to be something affecting it that I don’t experience. I can choose any from left to right with no problems.
I’m wondering if a video might be helpful?
All I know for now is it began after one of the recent patches but I don’t remember which one.
I’ll try to post a video.
Update:
I just happened to also notice that the style of the shadow is no longer changeable at this time. So the way this seems stretch out between the last two patches seems to fit the scenario.
1st Patch interrupted the interface to turn off the shadow.
2nd Patch then interrupted the interface to change the shape or the shadow.
So, I’m going to run an integrity scan to see whether or not that corrects the issue.
Even after running an integrity scan, there were no changes.

It would be a good idea to submit a bug report if it happens to trouble you too much.
At the present, I have no idea how many of us are affected by this.
Use my video to add to the bug report (or link to it) if it will help.
It’s not a serious bug though, but just an inconvenience to me anyway.
