You fall through the world in front of the ‘dragon bone knowledge’ stone.
Walk in front of the stone to try and learn the Dragon Bone weapons and you fall through the world, dying instantly and unable to recover your items.

Regarding this, does it happen everytime you try to access the tablet?
It happens in several places, and in the location I tested (the underpass in eastern M6) it does indeed happen repeatedly, instantly and consistently. It’s a death zone.
its not when touching the tablet. its a spot on the ground. they added a hitbox under the mesh to stop players from going under the map. but it overlaps above the map in some parts so players are dying walking around normally in caves and low areas. they need to lower the death hitbox they added
Yes, I reproduced it twice myself and my friend did too. In that particular location it’s right in front of the stone, where my corpse is.
