Fatal crash when fighting the purge

The game crashes when I try to do the purge, usually during first wave. I get a black screen and a ‘fatal error’ message.

I should give an update that might be important.
I tried another purge, at level 7. It went without issues.

The crashes all happened with a level 10 purge.

Edit, I just got a ‘fatal error’ crash on a level 7 purge aswell.

Fancom doesn’t seem to care about this error( Many topics have already been created on the forum - they do not respond. One guy wrote that if you run purge far from the base, then everything will work well. I succeeded once, but then the fatal error was again. Sry, bad eng.

Fancom!!! Stop ignoring the issue of the game crashing during purge!!! it’s disgusting! You are not fixing one of the main mechanics of the game, but you have launched a new cosmetics pack. Shame on you!

I am already doing the purge away from my base(what is a base anyways? When you have a bed?)
I built a small fort in a location where I know the purge will start,

Even then the purge doesnt seem well implemented, in several cases the purge started and stopped within minutes, with a message that they couldnt reach the coffer. Even when I removed the gates, I would get the pruge retreating because they supposedly couldnt reach the coffer.
And its rather random and sometimes the purge does go on, the AI trying to break down the gates.

I could finish the purge twice, all others either retreated or led to a crash.

For me, every purge causes the game to crash. Until chapter 3, several waves of purge could have passed and then there was a crash. After the release of the third chapter, the crash is almost always during the first or second wave. I was able to clear out one time by building up the ground around the bed (or chest) and moving the camp away. But now it doesn’t help. Sucks.

I updated Windows, updated video card drivers, updated MV ++, reinstalled the game, checked the game files. Nothing helps.

Other people have posted logs with errors more than once.
Funcom doesn’t do anything. Or he does, but cannot unsubscribe.

@AndyB Why does the Fancom team ignore topics that Purge breaks the game? Players started writing about this a long time ago. You just don’t answer. Now many people simply cannot finish purge due to a fatal error. When will Funcom team fix this bug?

Are you kidding me? There are already a lot of topics like this one. Made both according to a template and not according to a template. You do not unsubscribe anywhere on the case. Players are not your QA department!!! Is it really that hard to deal with game-breaking purge?!
