Follower Thralls still take fall damage when using vertical elevators

When you have a thrall in follow mode and you use a vertical elevator going up, it will force itself to teleport to you, but will fall down through the grates and land on whatever is below you. It counts as taking fall damage and your thrall will lose HP.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Interact with a Thrall and have them in follow mode
  2. Go to a vertical elevator that’s on the down position and use the lever
  3. Watch your thrall constantly teleport to you and fall down
  4. Your thrall will eventually die
