so I was collecting fragments and using them to learn new stuff, but if you get a duplicate (surprised if no one does ;P) then reading the duplicate should not use it up.
instead it should say it is already learnt so it does not waste a good recipe…
Agreed, it’s annoying and a capricious design choice. Of course a lot of the weapons & rewards are trollish in nature (yes, I’m still bitter about the Lying Bastard Sword being a 2-hander), so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised. :-\
