I guess you mean the 1 skull boar on the ridge in the south of the Aqueduct? That’s of course the most convenient and reliable kill. However, there are chances for other, regular boars to spawn as a 1 skull - so you have alternatives, it’s just more of a hassle to find one. I suggest searching the area between the Aqueduct and Telith’s Island, one of the boars there often spawns as 1 skull.
