Funcom apparently doesn’t understand that the players have at least been its customers

Edit: After an internal discussion and reconsideration, we’re reopening so the constructive threads of discussions that were happening can continue.

However, take in consideration the following, especially the first bullet point:

  • Discussion of bans, suspensions and particular cases of infractions in official servers need to be done via funcom.zendesk.com.
  • The current rules being discussed at the moment are almost virtually identical as before the revision (date of introduction, April 2020). The revision only included streamlining the text, and reducing the number of warnings for repeated offenders. Please keep that in mind when discussing the official server rules.

The first bullet point is also important since the Zendesk team has all the context and information regarding a case, without resorting to speculation, that may lead to a decision, including repeated offenses or aggravating factors.
