Problem: status issues

It is already from yesterday about 14 hr that i cant log in on the server .
on g-portal website
i set the server online than i click on the server tab to go se the status and it is unknow
so when i check the server list on ps4 cant find it .
made a ticket yesterday and it wil be fixed soon
to bad that i have to pay for something that i dont have .
i understand we have server lag bug in the server and dc and so on but a server who is offline for 14hr its sssssssss
how long wil it take to fix this ??
