Game ate my god token

Bug Description:

During a tournament with a Battle Standard, which was meant to conclude with the summoning of Derketo, the altar and archpriest vanished, but no token was added to my inventory.

I host these tournaments once per month and this has never happened before, so it is not normal.

I do not know the moment the token finished, so I do not know what was happening at that moment, but the only thing I can think of that might have caused the token to be unable to enter my inventory is I may have been dead and respawning at that exact moment.

Due to the amount of time and effort involved in crafting a token, especially Derketo, this is not something I can try to reproduce.

Hey there, could you please send us a screenshot of the event log? So we can check and see if there is anything strange.

If you were dead at the exact moment, the token might have fallen to the ground and decayed.

I cannot, I did some reconstruction work and the Event Log no longer goes back far enough.

However, I did check it at the time and there were no logs at all that had anything to do with the altar or token. The only lootbag that had despawned was some putrid meat that I had tossed from my inventory.

If I exclude building and friendly inventory access, I can get back to that time in the log. The part I circled would have been the approximate time the token should have finished, as I do remember starting it crafting at 51 minutes after the hour, and that could be a time I was respawning at the moment it finished.
