Game crashes when interacting with crafting bench

Public Test Server, PvE, Exiled Lands, America

I noticed that my alchemist and my taskmaster are missing. They are still on my follower list, but greyed out. When I click the eye to locate them, they are nowhere on the map to be found. Also, when I try to interact with their respective benches, I get a fatal error and then the game crashes.

Update: just tried rescuing these thralls but it says they cannot be found.
