Game Fatal error/ screen freeze

Play as normal single player. Again and again my game crashes. Either fatal error or the screen freezes. I don’t do any special things during the game, so there’s no telling why it crashes. It occurred when leaving the game, when opening the settings, when fighting, when riding, and I lose progress every time. The last time I caught a named NPC was and wanted to bring it home. When riding and dragging the NPC, the screen is frozen. It’s just annoying. Had switched back to the PC, as the bugs on the Xbox are no better either. How can it be that a 6 year old game is still not stable.

Thank you for your report. Can you please share your saved file and logs with us?

You can find it by following:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved

It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands or “dlc_siptah” for Isle of Siptah.

And for the logs:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

I can not upload the file “game”.

I get the following message from the website:

Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, heic, heif, webp, txt, doc, xls, xml, xlsx, docx, log).

The Game file is saved as a Data Base file in the folder.

Can you please share the MS Info log?

In order to generate an MSInfo file please follow the steps below:
1 - Press Win+R and in the displayed dialog box type “msinfo32”
2 - It should show a new screen called “System information” where underneath it should display “File”, click “File” while “System Summary” is highlighted and then “Export”
3 - Name your file as you see fit and save it to an easy-to-find location
4 - Send that file our way
