Bug Description:
When pushing forward on a horse it goes forward but when it starts to pick up speed it slows down continuously and when turning it comes to an almost stop again this is on playstation 4

Bug Reproduction:
Just try moving on a horse

I experienced this for a while and figured out I had a dodgy controller. Try another one and see if that helps.
