Giant lag spike when in Volcano

I was in the Volcano and I went to go knock out a T4 named Fighter I just spotted, my game lagged and I spawned in lava and my stuff is absolutely unobtainable and can’t build across to retrieve it. PLEASE HELP ME I HAD VALUABLE LEGENDARY ITEMS.
Please roll back the items I had on my toon prior to this mishap. I even recorded the clip onto my youtube if you need further proof.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to the Volcano.
  2. Be sprinting and use Lovetap’s heavy attack.
    3.Teleport into the middle of lava.
    4.???

I understand you guys just came out with a patch and there will be a lot of bugs, but this is pretty ridiculous how many problems you guys caused by “fixing” some minor ones.
I have 2 buddy’s who got stuck in the cave in the jungle because the walls are now unable to be climbed.
