Green wall of death

On march 30th at approximately 6:15pm est on server 1651, I hit the green perimeter wall. My dead body was located on the other side of the wall where I could not retrieve my stuff. I lost 260 bombs as well as my tools and equipment, not to mention over an hour of my time spent trying to retrieve aforementioned. If it is not possible to have these items returned, at the very least please fix this issue. This has set me back 40 hours of gameplay!

Our team is aware of this issue and they’re looking into it. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund or return items.
