Illusion on Black corsair armor cant be dyed 
I am now stuck with multicolored armor…

In order for our team to properly assess the issue, could you please let us know if you are playing on an Official Server or Private Server please? In case you are playing on a Private Server, are you perhaps using mods?

From what we discovered from other similar threads is that in order to dye an illusioned item, both the source and the illusion armors need to have dye capabilities.
So if you’re putting an illusion on an armor that you normally cannot dye, the dye function will not work
