I just got a new laptop & figured I would start with a fresh install. I logged into my account & downloaded the client, ran the exe but it won’t launch after the install completes. I keep getting the update manager has encountered a problem & needs to close window. Windows 10 if it matters.

Run dxwebsetup.exe from your SWL folder.
