Is it a bug that the undead rhino in the bazaar belong to battle slaves

Undead Rhino counts as a Follower, not as a Mount

And as a consequence, I can only have the undead rhino and no followers, or the rhino and one follower with War Party perk. The undead rhino skin is in the bazaar currently.
