Ive had this game for roughly 2 weeks. Ive never had a gome last more than 10 hours before “your progress has been reset due to changes in the progression system” heres one attribute point, and all your followers are gone. No, im not leaving the game idle for days, im playing while this happens. I die, then i have one point to spend, my knowledge tree is reset, my followers are gone and im pretty much forced to rester. Trash. Am i missing the point of this game? Hit level 45 and restart? Absolutely sicm i spent money on this junk.

You have a bug. That’s not supposed to happen.
I should add im on ps5(disk) and my wife is on a ps4 pro, i bought TWO copies of this game so we could finallyhave something to play together… She has zero issues. I havent had a character last more than 12 hours. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. No change.
Report the bug. I’m on a PS5 and I don’t have that problem. Clear the cache, if you haven’t, just in case. Delete the save files and start a fresh new game.
If all fails, you might have to factory reset your console and then reinstall the game.
I am trying to. Cant seem to get anywhere when trying to report, just keeps referring me here… is there an option im missing outside of the “help” option in the menu? Their webpage just sends me here as well.

Pay attention because you will have to copy/paste.
But on console, there isn’t much you can do beyond what I wrote above.
Uninstall. Delete saved files. Clear cache. Reinstall, start new game.
If that doesn’t solve it, you meed to create a safety copy and reset your console to factory settings. Then reinstall everything.
It’s a bit of a pain, I know.
Keep us posted. We’ll get that sorted out. If it works on mine, it must work on yours! PS5 is PS5.

Its a random bug. That is the reason I stopped playing single player. That bug made game unplayable and unfortunately, FunCom ignores all these game-braking bugs. Played online and had no issues, although, one guy on the private server I am playing right now, experienced same bug. So…nice game … not sure I can recommend it
