Isle of siptah content not showing up

Bug Description:

It should be noted that I’m playing on the PS5. I have purchased all the DLC. I started my game before I purchased all the DLC. I cannot craft rhinoceros saddles as they do not show up in the saddlers workshop and I cannot earn the wartorn fodder feat. That green arrow in the corner is still over it despite the fact I have purchased all DLCs for this game. Is this a bug that keeps it from being recognized in previous saves? Is there a console command I can use to rectify this?

Note that it does not show up in my save on the Isle of siptah either

I am going to try deleting and reinstalling everything and then reproducing my save.

It appears that the reinstall fix the problem. The only thing not showing up is the war-torn father and Rhino. It looks like that was only given two players who participated in the beta or who ordered it during the beta. This ticket can be closed.
