Isle of Siptah - Drowned Vault Armors (52633) Non Functional

Bug Description:

The “Drowned Vault Armors (52633)” does not appear to be working properly. I entered admin mode and had all recipes unlocked already from that. Using the Improved Armorer’s Bench I get the message “Unable to start crafting item” for “Fins of the Drowned (91327)”, “Fists of the Drowned (91328)”, and “Aspect of the Drowned (91329)”. All the required materials are in the bench already. Using admin I teleported myself to the “Harbor of the Drowned” and ghosted through the walls to the treasure room. I learned the “Drowned Vault Armors (52633)” from the appropriate plaque and then teleported back to my base. Even with the feat unlocked and visible for my character the items will not craft. Additionally the three related armor pieces are not available in the Admin Panel to spawn into the world either.

Bug Reproduction:

Have “Drowned Vault Armors (52633)” unlocked on a character. Open an Improved Armorer’s Bench and add appropriate materials (Perfected Medium Padding (52891), Hardened Leather (12516), Eldarium (11498)). Attempt to craft “Fins of the Drowned (91327)”, “Fists of the Drowned (91328)”, and “Aspect of the Drowned (91329)”. Additionally, have Admin authority. Open Admin panel. Go to “Gear” tab. Search for “Drowned” and see no entries.
